Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By continuing a call after you hear or read this notice, you agree to recording. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell the dispatcher at the start of the call.
When you call we may collect your phone number, your address, the details of your plumbing problem and anything else you choose to share. We use that information to send a plumber, to follow up on the job and to improve our service.
This website
This website does not have an account system or a form. We do not ask you to type personal information into the site. Our server may keep standard logs, such as the pages requested and the browser type, to keep the site running and secure.
The site embeds Google Maps. When a page with a map loads, Google may set cookies or collect information under its own privacy policy. We do not control that.
If you email contact@expressplumberdixon.com, we receive your address and the message. We use it to reply and keep a record of the conversation.
Sharing
We share information with the plumbers who perform your job and with service providers who help us run the line. We do not sell your information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
