Terms of Use
The rules for using this website and our phone line. Updated October 13, 2026.
Using this website
This website gives general information about plumbing. It is not a substitute for an inspection or for professional advice about your situation. Plumbing conditions vary, and a plumber must look at the problem before recommending a repair.
Facts from the City of Dixon, the City of Davis, the City of Vacaville and the Contractors State License Board are summarized for convenience. Check the source for the current rule before you rely on it.
Pricing and work
We explain the work and the price before it starts, and you approve it first. Prices depend on the job, and this website does not publish flat prices. A written agreement for the specific job controls over anything on this site.
Same-day appointments are offered when available. Timing is confirmed when you call and can change with traffic and other emergencies.
Call recording
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. See our privacy policy for how we handle call information.
Limits and governing law
We provide this website as is, without promises about completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from relying on general information on this site.
These terms are governed by the laws of California. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@expressplumberdixon.com.
